Waited 10 minutes for our food, paid for a caniac combo and got home with 4 tenders and about 8 old fries. I called and was told I had to drive back to pick up my missing food. It's a 15 minute drive. No kind of apology or anything. Very disappointed.

asked for fresh fries and tasted like they got the old ones chilling on the heatlamp just to toss them in the oil again and claim they're fresh. was super stale and hard! i ask for them fresh because most of the time when freshly made they come out softer, since i do have jaw problems and when it comes to chewing something hard makes me go in pain. it does not take nothing to make fresh fries for customers :(

I just ordered 2 Caniac combos and when I got home there was only 5 tenders in each box. There were a few that honestly weren't even full tenders. They were like oversized chicken nuggets. So basically I got 4 and a half tenders in each combo. 17 dollars per combo for something I didn't actually get. Sucks to pay nearly 40 dollars for something like that.

I get canes with my friends every weekend and they are super nice. The food comes in less than 30 seconds and I love the sauce. The crew is great.

Very clean 👌 place The staff is wonderful You don't wait for your food Kids are welcome. Of course, they always want to be here ☺️ The area is pretty, so you can enjoy the windows view 😉 This facility has easy access If you come, it is almost certain that you're going to come back. 😋

Edit (dropping a star): Fool me once, shame on me, but after being let down multiple times, I must be a glutton for punishment. This location consistently fails to deliver quality fries or a reasonable portion. Not sure what’s happened with the fries but they are consistently bad. So much so it’s now just my expectation that they will be old, soggy, and not fresh. Chicken is solid, canes sauce always delicious. Toast hit or miss.

"I am deeply disappointed with the service at this location. My 5- and 6-year-olds brought in achievement awards, but the manager, Cheryl, refused to honor them. Seeing their excitement turn to tears was heartbreaking. I expected Raising Cane’s to value their young customers more than the bottom line. Management needs to be held accountable for such a lack of empathy."
